Odda, the Abruzzo-based Talent Hub, aims to close 2025 by doubling last year’s revenue.
The company, founded to connect IT professionals with digital businesses, continues to grow.

Odda, the company founded to enhance local skills and connect IT professionals with digital businesses, continues to grow. In the third quarter of 2025, the company recorded a +113% increase compared to the same period in 2024, effectively doubling its performance. The year-end goal: to double 2024’s revenue, aiming to surpass 2 million euros.
“As with everything, professionalism and seriousness pay off in the long run. The results we are achieving are concrete proof of this: 2025 has brought us great satisfaction, but it is not yet time to lower our guard. We must stay focused to tackle the final quarter effectively, reach the set goals, and lay even stronger foundations for 2026, which, true to our nature, promises to be ambitious,” said Biagio Manocchio, Co-founder & CSO of Odda.
A result that consolidates Odda’s role as a reference point for IT talent in Central and Southern Italy and projects the company toward an increasingly solid growth target.
Founded by six partners, Odda today has 25 employees and a network of over 300 freelancers who collaborate regularly with the Hub.
During 2025, the company managed over 1,800 skill requests, with a total value exceeding 40 million euros, and a client portfolio that grew by 127% year over year, both nationally and internationally.
The demand has been driven by major enterprise technologies: Java, React, and .NET, alongside an exponential growth in Artificial Intelligence skills, increasingly sought after by partners. This result demonstrates that it is possible to build a talent ecosystem even outside major technological hubs.
Abruzzo confirms itself as a fertile ground for digital innovation and the emergence of new competitive professionals on a global scale.
2026 Outlook: new headquarters and a revenue target of 5 million euros
After receiving the “Stelle del Sud 2025” recognition, and with a new application for the 2026 edition as well as the prestigious FT1000 by Statista and Il Sole 24 Ore, Odda looks to the future with ambitious goals.
The company is committed to the construction of its new headquarters, designed to welcome the best talent from Abruzzo and promote the opening of new locations across the country.
The goal is to build a growth path based on organization, culture, and shared values, while continuing to invest in people and the quality of work.
On the economic front, Odda aims to double its revenue again in 2026, surpassing 5 million euros, with an increasingly international client portfolio and a 60% increase in demand.
With a clear vision and a strong connection to the region, Odda continues to demonstrate that innovation can emerge wherever there are people capable of imagining the future. 2026 promises to be a year of consolidation and new challenges, with the goal of taking Abruzzo-made talent even further.
About ODDA
ODDA is an IT consulting firm that operates in a full-remote mode, with the aim of demonstrating to national and international companies that talent exists and can be anywhere. Through a Hub of more than 200 IT professionals, it offers IT consulting, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI and UX/UI Design services, collaborating with more than 50 partner, corporate and international companies. The company was founded by 6 partners in 2016 as a startup with an app in the entertainment sector, reaching 50,000 active users in 2018. Then, in 2020, thanks to the pandemic, the project was interrupted and a change of direction was decided: today's ODDA was born, a reality that adopted a work model based on flexibility, inclusiveness and quality, allowing talents to connect with large realities beyond geographical constraints. The company's growth was consolidated in 2023 when sales exceeded one million (+700% since 2021). ODDA aims to expand its Hub at European level, promoting an approach to work that values talent and encourages knowledge sharing, with a positive impact on the IT sector and on the labor market. What sets ODDA apart is the inverse approach to IT consulting: it does not seek talent for customers, but tailor-made projects to make the most of the consultants' skills. He believes that success derives from the encounter between the right talent and the ideal context in which to best express one's value.
