Odda, among the Stelle del Sud also in 2026

For the second consecutive time in the Stelle del Sud ranking by Il Sole 24 Ore, Odda confirms its growth and a strong presence in the central-southern landscape.

Odda has been included for the second year in the prestigious *“Stelle del Sud”* ranking compiled by *Il Sole 24 Ore* and Statista, which recognizes companies in Southern Italy that have stood out for outstanding results in terms of innovation and performance, both in revenue and overall figures.

This year, the criteria were even more stringent: in order to apply, companies were required to have no less than €100,000 in revenue for the year 2021.

Out of a total of 200 companies, Odda ranks 7th overall, 1st in the IT & Software category, and 2nd among companies based in Abruzzo.

Promote the return of talent

The choice of Odda’s mission is no coincidence. The Pescara-based company believes that talent exists and can be found anywhere.

Structured as a full-remote IT consulting Talent Hub, Odda aims to act as a bridge between skills and projects, shifting the center of gravity from major metropolitan hubs to small and mid-sized urban areas in Central and Southern Italy, with the goal of making the business landscape more dynamic and competitive.

Challenging the notion that Abruzzo cannot be a thriving hub and that there is no room for growth is at the core of Odda’s mission. On the contrary, the company aims to be an attractive center for local talent and a point of reference in the IT sector.

Expansion is one of Odda’s key objectives for the coming years, achieved through exporting talent and fostering collaboration between professionals from small towns and large multinational companies—no longer limited by geographic boundaries—in a visionary approach to borderless work.

Success stories from the region

In line with its values and objectives, Odda has created the OOF format, a space for connection and dialogue that aims to showcase stories of local excellence.

While OOF was born in Abruzzo, its nature is itinerant, with plans to expand to other areas of Central and Southern Italy. The next event is scheduled in Campobasso on March 27 and will feature three stories—three tech talents sharing their professional journeys, all of which began in the same regional context: Molise.

About ODDA
ODDA is an IT consulting firm that operates in a full-remote mode, with the aim of demonstrating to national and international companies that talent exists and can be anywhere. Through a Hub of more than 200 IT professionals, it offers IT consulting, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI and UX/UI Design services, collaborating with more than 50 partner, corporate and international companies. The company was founded by 6 partners in 2016 as a startup with an app in the entertainment sector, reaching 50,000 active users in 2018. Then, in 2020, thanks to the pandemic, the project was interrupted and a change of direction was decided: today's ODDA was born, a reality that adopted a work model based on flexibility, inclusiveness and quality, allowing talents to connect with large realities beyond geographical constraints. The company's growth was consolidated in 2023 when sales exceeded one million (+700% since 2021). ODDA aims to expand its Hub at European level, promoting an approach to work that values talent and encourages knowledge sharing, with a positive impact on the IT sector and on the labor market. What sets ODDA apart is the inverse approach to IT consulting: it does not seek talent for customers, but tailor-made projects to make the most of the consultants' skills. He believes that success derives from the encounter between the right talent and the ideal context in which to best express one's value.
